Carton House Wellness comprises of an 18 metre indoor swimming pool, children's swimming pool, cardiovascular gymnasium suite which comprises of two floors, upstairs for cardio and downstairs for resistance; sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, luxurious changing facilities and a dedicated fitness class space

Saturday and Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Bank Holidays 8:00am – 8:00pm

Childrens Swim Times

9:00am - 11.00am & 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Please note, you must be 16 years or over to access the gym and thermal facilities.
