In these strange and unprecendented times, we understand that your plans may need to change or even cancel. With this in mind, we have adapted our booking policy to a more flexible approach for you, our guests.
Should you need to cancel your upcoming stay with us, we ask that you do this at least 24 hours before you are due to stay with us and no charges will apply. We will also do our utmost to provide the rate that was agreed for your stay on the same night pattern within a 3 month period (subject to availability).
If you have paid in full for a stay already prior to arriving with us, we are more than happy to transfer it to another suitable date within 3 months of the booked date at no additional charge.
Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a group booking. For guests with group reservations (e.g. for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking terms and conditions and contact the group organiser for further information.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.
