Through the centuries Carton House has been synonymous with luxury and hospitality, welcoming famous guests. This inspired us to create a truly bespoke experience, with our delicious Afternoon Tea focused around iconic guests that have stayed here at Carton House, Fairmont.

A story-telling tea experience, the Iconic Afternoon Tea at Carton House, Fairmont is a brand new take on the traditional Afternoon Tea experience, playfully paying tribute to a distinctive selection of iconic guests who have stayed over the years and have made a mark on both history and culture.

Exclusively served from Thursday to Sunday, our menu faithfully follows the traditional combination of sweet and savoury. The ingredients include delicacies specifically curated around the icons who were also guests here at Carton House, Fairmont.

Compliment your festive Iconic afternoon tea  with a glass of Henriot Special Cuvée Champagne or Henriot Rosé Champagne along with a seasonal amuse bouche. 

We also offer a gluten-free tea, which can be requested in advance.
