We are strictly following GUI and ILGU protocols during this time and doing our utmost to ensure the best possible golfing experience for you, our members and guests. Below are a few key points to note prior to visiting us for golf.
Golf bookings can still be made online or by phone and the courses are open to members, guests and visitors
The Pro-Shop is open - merchandise and a variety of confectionary, take away tea/coffee and snacks are available to purchase
Registration is in the Pro Shop and we ask all golfers to adhere to social distancingwhen making your way inside
Ideally, all transactions are to be paid with credit card however we are accepting cash too
Clubhouse toilet facilities are open as well as on-course toilets. Changing rooms/locker rooms will remain closed until further notice. Please change your shoes etc. at your vehicle in the carpark.
Golfers should not visit the Club if displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or if feeling unwell.
Arrive at the Clubhouse no more than 20 minutes before your reserved tee-time
The putting and chipping greens are open for warm up prior to your round
Pull trollies, rental sets and buggies are available. Please note that a one person one buggy rule applies unless playing from the same household
All rakes have been removed from the courses and a local rule is in place that permits placing your golf ball in any bunker on the course
Golfers are requested to personally dispose of any rubbish in the bins at the Clubhouse
Please observe physical distancing at all times on the course. Do not enter the next teeing ground until the all members of the group in front have played their tee-shots and exited the teeing ground. Do not exchange or share equipment, food or drink with other players during your round. Do not pick up another player’s equipment or golf ball.
If your ball is lost, unplayable, or in a penalty area, don’t take an option under the rules that involves doubling back on your position on the course. Instead, use an option that allows you to keep your position on the course.
Golfers are directed to leave the pin in the cup at all times and to avoid touching same
Golfers are asked to call or email the Club with any post-round health issues or Covid-19 related queries
