ST PATRICK'S CELEBRATIONS
We are planning a four day St Patrick's festival at Carton House so our chef has been busy creating some wonderful Irish dishes for The Linden Tree Restaurant and also for our very special ‘Crafternoon Tea' on March 17th. Also, our head chef Cathal will be hosting some cookery demonstrations and here are the key Irish traditional dishes that will be demonstrated at Carton House during the festivities.

IRISH STEW
This stew can be made in advance and warmed before eating, so you can pop to the nearest parade knowing that you have a lovely meal waiting on your return. Irish stew is famous around the world and we should celebrate this one-pot beauty on St Patrick's Day.

DUBLIN CODDLE
This is a great dish as it is a complete meal and easy to make.

JAMESON WHISKEY POTTED PRAWNS
This is an old fashioned recipe that really is delicious and is an ideal lunchtime or supper dish that can be enjoyed year round.
