Carton House is overseeing its expanding range of sports and training facilities - placing it entirely in a league of its own.

With GAA, Soccer and Rugby training pitches developed to European specifications Carton House is also home to the Golfing Union of Ireland (GUI) and the GUI National Academy -Ireland's World-Standard teaching facility for golf. A floodlit driving range, Swing Analysis Suites and synthetic putting area set Carton House Golf apart from the rest.

Training Facility

Carton House Training Facility is dedicated to being the best sports training centre for professional teams in Europe. The training facility is situated within the grounds of the luxurious 4 Star deluxe Carton House Hotel which is located 14 miles west of Dublin city and only 30 minutes from Dublin Airport. Dublin Airport is well served by all major continental airlines and from all major and peripheral cities in Europe making Carton House a very accessible training destination.

Pitches

The exceptional facilities at Carton House enable teams to train, work and relax in a private and exclusive environment. The training facility hosts two full size soccer pitches, two full size rugby pitches and a GAA (Gaelic Football and Hurling) pitch of equal dimensions to Croke Park. The newly laid pitches, exclusively aimed at professional sporting teams, are conducive with top international professional standards. Located in a sheltered, fully enclosed section of the Carton House Estate the planning of the facility has been meticulous, ensuring both excellent pitch conditions and privacy.

Gym

The newly opened gym at Carton House has been designed with the needs and demands of athletes ranging from Rugby, Soccer and Gaelic games. The gym has also been fully equipped with the very latest Technogym equipment thus ensuring that your team or club will be using the very latest in gym technology.

Matches

Carton House has teamed up with sports management agency PLATINUM ONE to further add to their sporting offering. Given PLATINUM ONE's FIFA Licensed Agent status, it allows Carton House to arrange an array of soccer fixtures for your club ranging from pre and mid-season friendly matches to tournaments tailored to your clubs specific wishes and requirements.

Tailored training camps

Carton House appreciates every professional sporting team has different requirements for training camps. Carton House aims to provide the ideal environment to enable both the management and players gain maximum benefit from their time away. Therefore we create custom-made camps, tailored to each team's requests. We also understand that preparation is the key to ensuring a successful training camp. By liaising with teams and identifying their key requirements and objectives well in advance, our careful planning and attention to detail ensures that expectations are consistently exceeded. All of the following factors are taken into account:

Golf

Opened in April 2006, the GUI National Academy at Carton House is the best teaching facility in the country.

Set in 22 acres, the Academy features unique practice facilities and opportunities, including:
