The Kitchen Bar

A quirky set of rooms located in the original Kitchen Wing of Carton House County Kildare Hotel, the bar is a buzzing hive of activity - featuring original details from the old pantry and the Kitchen itself, with the stove still in its place and the cauldrons and pots resting in-tact.

Close to Kildare Village, the Kitchen Bar is hugely popular with guests, allowing a contemporary take on this part of the house which creates a completely individual character to each area - mixing an expansive urban cocktail-chic with more decorative and rustic motifs in the various nooks, snugs and quiet corners in-between.

Open Air

On a warm afternoon or balmy evening, guests can enjoy a chilled glass of wine or a cold pint in the walled courtyard adjacent to the Kitchen Bar. Food is also served here, with the Bar Menu available from Midday to 6:30pm, seven days a week.

Opening Hours in The Kitchen Bar: 9am until late for hotel residents.

Bar Food Menu: 12pm - 6:30pm 7 days a week.
